Come join us at the NCRBA! We are a very active club and proud affiliates of both the American Rabbit Breeders Assosiation (ARBA) and Mid Atlantic Rabbit and Caby Shows (MARCS). We strive to promote all aspects of the Rabbit/Cavy industry both fancy and commercial here in North Carolina. Our club exists to assimilate all Rabbit and Cavy enthusiasts in and around the state of North Carolina and provide them, as members, a base in which to grow and nurture their hobby.

We also have a very active and growing youth membership. The NCYRBA is the Youth Division and allows our younger members the opportunity to run their own club including: holding office positions, royalty contests, youth judging teams, and hosting all youth shows throughout the year in conjunction with other clubs. Our most active youth will also have the opportunity to benefit from the NCRBA Youth Scholarship Program. Both youth and open breeders can compete in our annual sweeps contest.

The NCRBA State Convention show is held every spring and is one of the fastest growing shows in ARBA District 9. The standard format features quad rabbit shows and double cavy shows along with multiple breed specialty shows. It is also a pivotal show for both open and youth breeders competing in our annual sweepstakes competition available to all members. Recently the Board and Membership have agreed to begin bidding on hosting National Breed Specialty shows to be included as part of the convention weekend. So if you want to see your breed specialty show here in NC, contact any of our Board members to get the process rolling!
